Welcome to my comission card let’s start with the annoying but important stuff first!Rue’s Commission Terms of ServiceGeneralBy commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before placing an order!Payment* I accept Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Cash. For security reasons, I will not download or use other payment apps.
* Payment is due after you approve the sketch. If you prefer, I also offer full upfront payment or a 50/50 payment plan (50% before I begin and 50% before the final file is delivered).References* Please provide clear visual references for your character(s).
* If you’re commissioning a custom design, please have a general idea of what you’d like and be prepared to describe it.
* Major design changes after I have started may require an additional fee.Work Process* Progress updates are provided at the sketch, line art, flat color, and rendering stages. You are welcome to request additional updates.
* Minor revisions during the sketch and line art stages are free.
* Additional revisions or major changes after approval may incur an extra charge.
* I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.Turnaround Time* Typical turnaround time is 1 hour to 1 week, depending on the complexity of the commission and my schedule (school, work, and personal life).
* If any delays occur, I will let you know as soon as possible.Refunds* If I have not started your commission, you may receive a full refund.
* If I have already started, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
* Once the artwork is finished, refunds are no longer available.Copyright & Usage* I retain the copyright to all artwork unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. (Pay-to-use bases are excluded.)
* You may use your commission for personal purposes, including profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, and social media, as long as proper credit is given.
* You may not claim the artwork as your own, trace it, remove my watermark (if present), use it for AI training, mint it as an NFT, or resell it without my written permission.
* Commercial use must be discussed before ordering and may require an additional licensing fee. Pricing may vary depending on the intended use.Posting* Unless requested otherwise before work begins, I may post completed commissions on my social media, portfolio, or commission galleries.I Will Draw* Original Characters (OCs)

My name is Rue (my mainsona), and I’m 18 years old with a huge passion for all kinds of art.Having a real commission queue for the first time has been such an amazing feeling, and I truly appreciate every single one of you who has supported me. Your kindness means more than you know.Recently, I found out about some not so fun medical issues. I don’t want to turn this into a sob story, but creating art is one of the few things I can still do without struggling. Having commissions to work on gives me something to look forward to, and it genuinely makes me happy. The money I earn helps improve my quality of life (meds exc), while also letting me treat myself every now and then.To everyone who can’t support me financially but shares my work, boosts my posts, or draws fan art of my characters thank you.
